Celeste – August 1

Celeste is a popular small game that is now available on Game Pass so that even more people can play it. In Celeste, you’ll help Madeline fight her inner fears as she makes her way to the top of the mysterious Celeste Mountain.

Celeste is full of love because it has powerful platforming and a story that is surprisingly honest and heartfelt.

A Short Hike – August 3

A Short Hike is a popular indie game where you climb to the top of a mountain, just like Celeste. A Short Hike, on the other hand, has a unique style and a more laid-back tone that make it a very relaxing and memorable experience. As you walk up the mountain, you will meet other animals who are also hiking, find treasure, and just enjoy the view.

It’s a real treat that you don’t want to miss, especially now that it’s one of the August 2023 Xbox Game Pass games.

Broforce Forever – August 8

Broforce Forever, on the other hand, is an action-packed side-scrolling run-and-gun game where you control big action heroes to save the day. The crazy action is a lot of fun and can be quite hard at times.

Limbo – August 9

Limbo is another great independent game that has won a number of awards since it came out. Limbo is a game with a creepy and immersive atmosphere and great puzzles for people who want a scary but lovable game. Even though many people have probably already been to Limbo, you should try it out if you haven’t.

Airborne Kingdom – August 10

Airborne Kingdom is a city-building and management game where you build and run your own town in the sky. It’s a breath of fresh air in the management simulation genre because it takes place in a setting that isn’t like any other.

Everspace 2 – August 15

Everspace 2 is a fast-paced space shooter where you control a rocket by yourself. In the war-torn star systems of the Demilitarized Zone of Cluster 34, there are a lot of tough tasks and space encounters, as well as an interesting story. It’s a thrilling experience for sure.

The Texas Chainsaw Massacre – August 18

When The Texas Axe Massacre game finally comes out in August, you can either get behind the axe or run away from it. The Texas Chainsaw Massacre is an asymmetrical horror game that came out on day one for users. Players can either find the tools and escape the Slaughter Family or join the family and hunt down their victims.

When the release date for The Texas Chainsaw Massacre comes, we’ll be sure to dress up as the famous Leatherface. It might be one of the scariest Xbox games.

Sea of Stars – August 29

Sea of Stars is finally coming out as a day-one Game Pass update after being pushed back from a broad window in 2022 to an equally broad window in 2023. In Sea of Stars, a turn-based RPG with a retro look, two children must combine their skills to perform Eclipse Magic and defeat The Fleshmancer, an evil alchemist.
